Where our data comes from

Real data, honestly labelled.

Tradzi only uses data it's allowed to use, and always tells you how sure it is.

Amazon UK price and sales history

Through Keepa, the leading Amazon price tracker: 90 days of prices, sales rank, estimated monthly sales, the number of sellers, and Amazon's own fees for each product. This is Tradzi's main guide to what something is worth.

Live eBay listings Switching on soon

Through eBay's official API: current buy-it-now prices for the same item, new or used. eBay keeps actual sold prices private, so Tradzi uses the cheaper end of asking prices and says how many listings it used.

Live Vinted listings

With Vinted's permission, Tradzi looks up current Vinted listings for the same item, new or used, through the data service Apify. Vinted listings don't carry barcodes, so these are matched by name. Tradzi drops odd listings and says how many it used.

Prices you check yourself

One tap takes you to eBay's sold listings or Vinted. Enter what you see and Tradzi recalculates with the real figure, which always beats an estimate.

Listings you share

When you paste or screenshot a Facebook Marketplace, Vinted or Gumtree listing, Tradzi reads what you shared. We never collect data from Facebook or other sites without permission.

How we keep estimates honest

Everything Tradzi shows is an estimate, not a guarantee. Prices and stock change through the day, so check before you buy.
