Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Central Stock Trading Ltd ("we", "us"), company number 17472376, registered office 15a Anchor Road, Walsall, WS9 8PT, United Kingdom, for using Tradzi. Please read them. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can use Tradzi

You must be 18 or over. An account is for one person; please don't share your log-in.

2. What Tradzi does, and doesn't

Tradzi estimates what products may sell for, the fees and costs of selling them, and how much profit you might make, using price and sales data from third parties such as Keepa (Amazon) and eBay, and information you enter.

Everything Tradzi shows is an estimate, not a promise. Prices, stock, demand and fees change; data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong; and we can't guarantee you'll make a profit or sell anything. Tradzi isn't financial, tax or legal advice. Every buying and selling decision is yours. Check prices and details yourself before you buy.

You're responsible for following the rules of the marketplaces you buy and sell on (such as Amazon, eBay and Vinted), including restricted brands and categories, product safety and intellectual property, and for your own tax.

Tradzi isn't connected to or endorsed by Amazon, eBay, Vinted, Facebook or Keepa. Their names and trade marks belong to them.

3. Plans and fair use

• Free: 5 checks a month.
• Side Hustle: £20 a month. Pro: £40 a month. Both have unlimited checks within a fair-use limit (currently 1,500 and 3,000 checks a month) to protect the service.

Each plan's features are described on our pricing page. We may improve or change features; if we take away something important from your paid plan, we'll tell you first, and you can cancel.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in pounds sterling, through Stripe, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. If a payment fails, we'll retry it; if it still fails, your account moves to the Free plan. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, and you can cancel before it applies.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account page. Your plan continues until the end of the month you've already paid for, then stops; you won't be charged again. We don't give refunds for part-months, except as set out in section 6 or where the law requires.

6. Your 14-day right to cancel

If you're a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of first subscribing. When you subscribe, you ask us to start your plan straight away. If you then cancel within those 14 days, we'll refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days you had the service. To cancel under this right, email help@tradzi.co.uk (or use any clear statement) within the 14 days, and we'll refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, to your original payment method. This right applies to your first subscription, not to monthly renewals.

7. Using Tradzi fairly

Please don't: copy, scrape or resell Tradzi's data or results; use bots or automated tools to access Tradzi; try to break, overload or get around its limits or security; share accounts; or use Tradzi for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and close accounts that have been inactive and free for a long time.

8. Our content

Tradzi's software, design, brand and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the results for your own reselling.

9. Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to: for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, because Tradzi gives estimates to help you make your own decisions, we're not responsible for: any loss of profit, business or opportunity; the cost of stock you buy or can't sell; or losses caused by third-party data, marketplaces, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you've paid us in that period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in advance by email or in the app. If you keep using Tradzi after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first: most problems can be sorted out quickly.
